Grab it, Try it, Share it was a campaign organised by The Watercress Company to raise awareness about the original superfood; watercress! It saw great success through initiatives such as installing fridges packed full of free & fresh watercress in hospitals and gyms across Dorset, enabling people to try our watercress.

Watercress is stocked all over the country so there is no excuse not to grab a bag!

To help spread the wealth of wonderful benefits of watercress we have decided to take it to thousands of gym goers all over the country. Gyms can elect to host a fridge in their lobby to give their users a chance to experience the incredible health benefits of watercress. It will certainly pack a punch in your post-gym smoothie!

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have moved our dedicated watercress fridges to hospitals in the South West. Through this service, we’ve been able to provide NHS staff with over 25,000 bags of nutritious watercress, completely free of charge, and we are incredibly proud to be able to support them in this way.
