Watercress smoothie

Preparation: 5 mins    Serves: 1


  • 85g watercress

  • 160g mango, peeled & roughly chopped

  • 110g cucumber, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 an avocado

  • 4 dried apricots

  • 8g parsley

  • 350ml water

  • Nutmeg to finish


Place all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender.  Blitz until velvety smooth and drink immediately or chill and keep in the fridge for up to three days.  Add nutmeg to taste before serving.
