Watercress, blueberry and pineapple smoothie

Ingredients

  • One large pineapple (around 400g)

  • 100g blueberries

  • 50g watercress

Method

Cut up the flesh of the pineapple and feed into a juicer with the blueberries & watercress, then blend everything together.
