Quick watercress mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 150g mayonnaise

  • 85g picked watercress

  • 25g picked flat parsley

  • 25g yoghurt

  • 5g French mustard

Method

Place all the ingredients into a liquidiser and blend until smooth. Season and chill before serving.
