Cheese and watercress sandwich

4 slices of wholemeal bread

A handful of watercress

Sliced cheddar cheese (to taste)

Butter or margarine



Thinly spread four slices of wholemeal bread with butter or margarine. Top two slices of bread with cheddar cheese and a generous handful of watercress. Place the other bread buttered side down on top and cut into triangles. Serve straight away or wrap and chill until later.
