Christmas Canapé: Parma Ham, Apple & Brie Parcels

Ingredients:

2 Apples, cored & cut into 8ths

100g Brie, cut into strips

40g Watercress

120g Sliced Parma ham

 

Method: 

  1. Cut the parma ham in thirds, lengthways, so you end up with three thinner strips of ham.

  2. In one hand, collect a slice of apple, a slice of brie and a pinch of watercress. Hold this combination together while you wrap them up together in a parcel. The ham should stick to itself, but you can always secure with a toothpick if needed!
