Preparation time: 5 minutes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok, add the pork and stir fry over a high heat for 6-8 minutes, until browned. Add the peppers, onions, garlic and ginger and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until tender. Add the watercress, chilli and fish sauces and stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the leaves have wilted. Serve straight away with noodles or rice. Cook's tip: If you prefer you could use sliced turkey steaks or chicken breast fillet in place of the pork. |
