British growers have formed themselves into the Watercress Alliance to promote
the taste and health benefits of watercress.The body is made up of the three
largest producers in the UK, Bakkavor,
Vitacress and The
Watercress Company, who together farm, pack and distribute from 100 acres
in Hampshire and Dorset.
