Christmas Canapé: Sausage Mini Rolls

Ingredients:

6 Finger rolls

6 Sausages, your favourite kind, will also work with plant-based sausages!

Mustard

30g Watercress

 

Method:

  1. Cook the sausages in the oven, for about 25-30mins at 180°

  2. Slice open each roll, spread a thin layer of mustard on one side and stuff with some watercress on the other. Lay the cooked sausage in the middle of the roll.

  3. With a sharp knife, slice each roll into 4 mini rolls – these are the perfect size for finger food!

For an extra special finish, you could brush with melted butter and sprinkle with chives.
